Chef Bio

Sung Kwon Keith Hong

  • - started to work in kitchen from 19 years old in Korean restaurant
  • - turned to Japanese cuisine in 21 years old
  • - Worked various restaurant Yoshi on Denman, Taisho, Daimasu, Kamei, Sushi Garden, Osaka, etc...
  • - Went off to Japan 2000 and attended Tsuji culinary art school in Osaka
